So the MatterPak includes a floor plan?

My client wants the floorplan for the tour I just did.
But I see the Matterpak includes a floorplan?
I told him he should get the Matterpak and then give it to the new buyer to give them a headstart on a possible reno.

@izoneguy

The Matterport MatterPak does NOT contain a 2D schematic Floor Plan

It does contain:

1. Color point cloud (.xyz)
2. Reflected ceiling plan image (.jpg and .pdf)
3. High resolution floor plan image (.jpg and .pdf)
4. OBJ file of the 3D mesh (.obj)

You can download a sample within Matterport Workshop. See link in screen grab below.

I do NOT recommend buying the Matterport MatterPak for the use can that you are suggesting. The data would not mean anything to anyone other than an Architect or Space Planner (whom would still need to have the data file converted to a useful format).

Best,

Dan
