6% of buyers find home they purchase via open houses/yard signs combined DanSmigrod 3 22 daysWingman (1318): It is interesting and I would never thought it could happen that way. So instead of looking for available houses online they just drive around looking for signs "For Sale". There is no point to do it in my area and I believe anywhere across Australia. If there is a sign "For Sale" that property is almost certain has been listed on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au It will be found there and that where most people will be ...
Realtors need to be careful!!! Crazy world martel 2 23 dayshomefinders3d (194): Sick and depraved. I've heard some creepy/scary stories. I would have a hard time allowing my wife to hold an open house on her own.
Question of the Day>Matterport on Construction Site: Must have Safety Gear? DanSmigrod 3 7 monthsWonderdawg (316): I would add thin gloves for a good grip, a rocket dust blower for your lenses and some kind of “booties” for your tripod feet. Gaffers tape will work so it doesn’t pick up dirt or grime (which shows up on the nice carpet on the next shoot!) I also have a small reflector to hold over the Matterport at an angle to shield the sun when necessary. Happy shooting and keep those prices up.

Atlanta Home Owner Shoots Photographer immersiveprop 6 2 yearsjasondavidpage (199): I do verify locations, dates, times with agents. I don't begin shooting anything until I either access the property from a lockbox or meet the agent and/or owner. If I'm entering with a key or code I ring the bell and knock several times and announce myself when opening the door and listen for a reply. I've had several encounters at properties that were incorrect (agent had provided the wrong numbers or street name) including two at gunpoint....
