Question of the Day: Any concerns for your safety on a Matterport shoot? DanSmigrod 22 8 daysDanSmigrod (22889): Inman (10 September 2020) Agent comes across man with rifle in bedroom while showing home --- Free 90 day trial of Inman with this WGAN Affiliate Code
Is the BLK360 the best option for scanning a Natural Gas Power Plant? tresdepro 3 2 monthstresdepro (288): @Noddy thanks you very much for the info I'll definitely call them best
Is there a safety standard for scanners regarding natural gas? DanSmigrod 2 2 monthsbriangreul (446): Unless someone is planning on putting sparklers up on top it should be as safe as any laptop or cell phone. It's just a camera array with an embedded PC and some lithium ion batteries.
6% of buyers find home they purchase via open houses/yard signs combined DanSmigrod 3 3 monthsWingman (1425): It is interesting and I would never thought it could happen that way. So instead of looking for available houses online they just drive around looking for signs "For Sale". There is no point to do it in my area and I believe anywhere across Australia. If there is a sign "For Sale" that property is almost certain has been listed on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au It will be found there and that where most people will be ...
Realtors need to be careful!!! Crazy world martel 2 3 monthshomefinders3d (316): Sick and depraved. I've heard some creepy/scary stories. I would have a hard time allowing my wife to hold an open house on her own.
Question of the Day>Matterport on Construction Site: Must have Safety Gear? DanSmigrod 3 10 monthsWonderdawg (328): I would add thin gloves for a good grip, a rocket dust blower for your lenses and some kind of “booties” for your tripod feet. Gaffers tape will work so it doesn’t pick up dirt or grime (which shows up on the nice carpet on the next shoot!) I also have a small reflector to hold over the Matterport at an angle to shield the sun when necessary. Happy shooting and keep those prices up.
People in house while making a tour fotoguy 8 1 yearDanSmigrod (22889): Hi All, Inman (5 August 2019) Agent shoots at man who tried to rob her with knife at open house Dan Save $20 on Inman Subscription
Atlanta Home Owner Shoots Photographer immersiveprop 6 2 yearsjasondavidpage (199): I do verify locations, dates, times with agents. I don't begin shooting anything until I either access the property from a lockbox or meet the agent and/or owner. If I'm entering with a key or code I ring the bell and knock several times and announce myself when opening the door and listen for a reply. I've had several encounters at properties that were incorrect (agent had provided the wrong numbers or street name) including two at gunpoint....
