Gas or electricity has no value... why charge for travel when you can give everything for free! Charge as low as you possibly can just to undercut your competition, and your business will thrive... or not I've been driving Teslas since 2014... My time AND my expenses, like every business does, are charged back to my clients. To answer the question, I charge $1/km (or min - whichever is higher)...

We have amassed a library of almost very single neighborhood/condo amenity in this county. We also have sets of stock lifestyle shots for most of the towns around here, as well as generic beach shots. We give them away. No one else can do that as easily as we can.
