[R&D] Mashing up Google Earth, Matterport and 3DVista Tosolini 7 1 yearMeshImages (2670): @CharlesHH @Tosolini Yes, correct. I’m not sure about the 3D ripping from Google Earth, but I have successfully created 3D models from Google Earth Fly-Around videos in Agisoft Metashape photogrammetry software. If you then add the Google credit to the 3D, everything should be fine according to the Terms of Service of Google Earth Studio.

Need example(s) of video flythru + drone + logo + music angusnorriss 8 4 yearsHome3D (3713): Adobe Premiere Pro will do all of this as well. No need for After Effects, though it's also a great application. The top window of my current website has a video of a Matterport walkthrough - Home3D.us clickable text Walkthroughs can easily be "video-ed" by connecting downloading completed tours to Matterport Showcase, connecting the iPad to a Mac computer with a USB / Lightning cable, and then using Quicktime's "New Movie...
Use of Google Earth Footage in Commercial Work Peter360 4 4 yearsPhotography360 (40): Certainly interesting. I was under the impression that all you needed was to show the logo but I cannot remember where I read this and it was some time ago. I am no lawyer so it would be good to get a definitive decision on this.
Google Launches Your Virtual Tour on Google Earth Creation Tools DanSmigrod 13 4 yearsDanSmigrod (29855): @DanSmigrod P.S. Perhaps simply being able to visualize where 5-10 listings are, would make it much-much-much easier to plan a route for the day. (That might be a cool tool for Photographers to offer to their real estate clients only works as long as the Pro gets biz from the agent.) Anyway, that's a thought-starter building on what you said at the beginning ...
