3D ShowcaseMultiple Floorsproblem

Odd problems in workshop mode only757

I have had a couple of odd issues in Workshop mode. I typically go to workshop mode first to set a start location and turn scans on and off. On my last two models I have had scan locations turn up on the wrong floors. One model had scans show up two floors below. In both instances when viewing the model in normal showcase view the scans go back to where there supposed to be.

Is anyone else having this issue. On one model I could not go up the stairs in workshop. When i tried it took me to the basement. It makes it very difficult to clean up and get your model right.

Yep had that a few times.
The usual support response is to turn off the multi level view so it shows everything together.
Would be nice if you could dictate where each scan location lives

I've had the same issue on a six level apartment... very frustrating!

I agree it's challenging and not time effective. I've done 2 shoots on the same yacht-a catamaran. When you're up in the captains area which is 2nd level, you're zoomed down to the head. I don't think that's what the Captain wants to portray! I do have to say with the challenges, we're certainly getting all of future obstacles out of the way.
