Pricing for commercial spaces7100

Virtuality22 private msg quote post Address this user
Does anyone have resources or simply what you charge for commercial spaces? Trying to get an idea on what to charge per 1k or 2k sq. feet of restaurant or retail space etc.

Thanks!

I think you need to consider end value and hosting as well. Turn the scan into a valuable tool for a commercial property. Make it more than just a square foot service. Imagine all the customers you are going to bring to them with this unique view of their business and the social sharing tools, Mattertags etc. I wouldn't do it for less than $1500.

Your pricing doesn't mention hosting... have you factored that in?

I'm in the process of deleting 300+ old models before June 1st in order to avoid Matterport charging me for "overage amounts" on models that I already paid them to have processed. Ask me how happy I am about that!

Thank you guys for sharing that info. Have you guys every thought about some sort of a subscription service model? Is that even possible in anyway?

Thanks
