How long does it take you to respond to a request - voicemail or email – for price and availability?

If you are not responding within minutes, you may be missing out on business.

Have you ever followed up and the Client said, thank you, but I am all set?

Why?

Statistically, if you not the first Matterport Service Provider to respond to a request for price and availability, you are too late.

What is your Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) about responding to in-bound leads? How? And, How long?

I have an online order form for residential real estate that they fill out with the client which is pretty straight forward and are instructed to take a message for commercial work, inquiries or any other calls.
