| I haven't had time to read all the posting so this may have been covered, my apologies in advance. My last scan upload and confirmation email took about 34 hours. Last night I ordered 2D snapshots and was told that I will be getting an email when the zip file is ready. I'm still waiting on the zip file 16 hours later. Anyone else experiencing such delays? |

| @Ghagendorf A week or so ago it was taking hours for snapshots to get to me (when typically its a matter of seconds). I don't know why it took so long then, as I have no issue now. I suggest asking @DanSmigrod for the code for https://tools.wp3dmodels.com/zip/ as that will get you your photos right away. |

| I did 2 albeit small scans today and had them back in 2 hours and the 2d photos literally come straight away so not sure why yours are taking so long | ||
