| Hey folks please have a look at this tour clickable text I have process it twice with the same result, it scanned and aligned fine on site and I have checked my trimming etc and can’t see anything back to front or in the wrong place I have emailed Matterport support but I really need this processed by Monday so I thought I would as you folks if you have ever had a similar problem and if so how did you fix it. Thanks in advance for any help you can give |

| Sorry, I just realize the problem of this showcase is more than some points. Your 1st floor and 2nd floor were aligned at wrong direction. May be you can seperate the showcase to two showcases, one for 1st floor and another for 2nd floor. And connect them with one MatterTag for temporary solution. |

| Hi Jump That is the hall at the top of the stairs I scanned the house in reverse ie I scanned upstairs first and then when I got to the top stair I called it floor 1 but I have done this on several occasions before without any issue |

It seems like you got a wrong alignment between the floor 1 and floor 2 at points 19~21. The direction of floor 1 and 2 in showcase is same to the direction in your capture app. |
