| Response from Matterport support. "Unfortunately, there is currently no option to disable an entire floor in one go without having to hide all the scans individually. You will have to hide them individually. However, I will add this idea to the feature requests." |

| Okay, sounds good, but if I disable all of the scans individually, will that floor still show up on Dollhouse view or I do I need to delete all the scans from that floor in Capture App? | ||

| You may have to experiment with disabling the scans individually to see if the floor shows up on Dollhouse. An arduous task but one can only try. | ||

| Duplicate the model first. Delete the scans in the copy version of the Capture App. Upload again. | ||
