Customised Logo question3373

aerialpixels private msg quote post Address this user
Hi All

I know we can put our logo via the WP3D wordpress plugin,
and I have tried that out.

Now our client wants to have a tour put in THEIR existing website.
If it were just a regular tour, we'd use the <iframe> html code right?

1) How do we get a tour with a customised logo in their website? Does it mean we have to install WP3D plugin in their server and create wordpress pages?

2) Is there a feature/switch where we can have a time delay or guarantee some time to see the logo before the tour loads up? (ie, autoload after X seconds, or disable autoload)

Thanks!

Have you tried giving them the embed codes from within WP3D models? (on the drop down menu, instead of choosing the options for a branded "skinned", "standard" or "fullscreen" view, look at the Embed options there.) I haven't tried it, but I would assume one of those would allow you to keep the branding.

I have no idea about your second question (I donĀ“t understand exactly what you want to achieve with that), but regarding the first question, you can simply use the embed option from WP3D Models and it will show the tour with the logos you selected when you created it.

You do not need to install WP3D anywhere else than in your own website.

I always put my company logo in my tours (in the lower left corner of the tour) and I provide my customers with the embed codes (iframe) that I get from WP3D Models.

I hope this helps.

ok cool it works!

now another question. how do we get the matterport switches to work with wp3d?

for example, under the model link field, i cut and paste the matteport model link and behind add the switches like &help=1

but i dont see the help coming up?

Hi @aerialpixels - Yes, please look under the "Opt" tab when editing a Model in WP3D Models. There are a number of options ("switches" available here...including "Force Help" (as you note).

FYI - Note that you'll always enter just the simple "Public" Matterport URL (without any attributes) when entering a Model into WP3D.

Hope this helps!
