Help with client issue3277

Hi there

I have just received an email from a new client who is experiencing the above problem - I don't even know what could possibly cause this! I'm in a National Digital Forum here in NZ and can't check into any of this so would appreciate any help

I asked people on this forum if they experienced the same issue: nada.

I'm not sure what it was. The client tried a different computer and didn't have any issues.

clear cache close browser and try again. Maybe that helps

I wonder if a lot of these issues are caused by Matterport updating their processing recently. Metroplex360 mentioned they were changing cubes to tiles and other such things. I have had a few issues in the last couple days but they seem to resolve themselves after about 8-10 hours. For example all my models worked perfectly except the ones that Support reprocessed. Those would never load. The next morning everything was fine. Go figure. Your link worked fine on my computer and o all three browsers. Like the house and the air walls to the deck. Wish you had gone on the deck.

I have the same problem on my work computer but it works fine on my home computer, Seems to only be an issue in Chrome for me. I use firefox or explorer at work and it works perfect.

Thank you so much for all the help! I really appreciate it!@ I've just met with the client and he seems to have accepted that its an issue with his internet connection!
