Blurred panel within a scan?3158

akirk private msg quote post Address this user
Hi

Has anyone come across this problem? I have what looks like a panel that is blurred from one angle. For every other angle it looks fine. This is my first paid job and the only scan I have had a problem with - I have contacted Matterport as well but any advice would be gratefully received!

I have never seen that before. Is that skylights? Is there any way to hide that scan and still have the model work?
