Matterport sent a survey to its customers asking...

"How important would _______________________ be in helping you and your business be more effective and efficient?"

I am posting each feature to a separate thread, in case you want to discuss a specific feature request with the Matterport Community.

BTW, Matterport reads every word of the Forum. So consider the WE GET AROUND FORUM as your platform to weigh-in with other Matterpeeps and Matterport ....

Best,

Dan

I have a link to a large manufacturing company who has been looking for a 3D point cloud software to model their odd shaped industrial equipment. Their problem is this: These large industrial equipment are manufactured in the USA but sold and shipped all over the world. Their customers often have old industrial facilities and they need to measure very carefully if these new machines will fit. A point cloud 3D software would help in fitting the machines into their places.

Anyone run into a similar problem? Any recommendations?
