Here's a scan I did of a local museum (full disclosure: I work at this museum):

Nice work. You should trim off those adjacent areas you can see but not go into, so they don't show up in your dollhouse or floor plan views. They'll still be visible in your walkthrough view.

Fun.

I'd personally not seen a circus scene in a model railroad set. Cool.

Looks like a few captures from inside the glass wall would've been fun too. Yet off-hand, I have no clue how one might be able to suspend a Matterport camera or such.

Still, fun as is.

Thanks for the kind words and the advice about trimming off adjacent areas. Regarding shots inside the glass, I plan to hang a drone (too tight an area to fly) and utilize it's camera stabilization feature to do a "fly over". Not a Matterport thing of course, but good for a video.

Oh, and regarding Matterport's inherent appeal: we got about 10x more reach when I posted this to the museum's Facebook page.

Hi, great. Good job hiding the reflection of the camera in the glass walls. There is a difference in light between the left and the right side of the room. Left side is more bright, looks like it has a little bit of a haze. Maybe you could ask MP to process the scans again with more attention to the light situation in the room. You can always ask. It will be a big plus regarding detail in the showcase.

Happy scanning,
Grtz Rene.
