I Need Quick Help: App Problem - No Scanning1145

Im on location and the app will not let me start scanning. It just says to unplug camera. Camera is not plugged in. I plugged it in and unplugged it again. Still wont let me scan??

Is in a house or retailshop..? Look at the alarm..? And look at other wifi signals like Printer/fax !! It good be a probleM!!

I agree. It's likely a wifi signal nearby screwing you up. Move the cameral to another part of the building and try reconnecting.

I left the house to go home and trouble shoot. im very limited to what I can try? I turned the camera on and off several times.

Thanks Again Guys,

I tried power cycling for the fifth time. This time I waited longer. A few minutes with ipad and Camera both off and when I powered both back up, message was gone?
