Property Release Form: How? When? Why? DanSmigrod 2 3 monthsArtisticConcepts (238): Thank you for offering the Sample Forms Library! I complete the tour details the night before the scan and I pull a photo from Google SV. I have the form preloaded in my iPadPro upon arrival. The agent or owner signs it directly in Acrobat Pro with an Apple Pencil just before I have them give me an "Open House" Tour (I ask them to show me the home just as if I were a qualified and interested buyer. That way I know what features they...
licensing and pricing schemes jntooker 2 7 monthshometakes (196): I am in the tour business and I license "Amenity and town tours" for my videos through Vimeo. scanning for legal purposes? BrettMtn 7 2 yearsccctucker (151): Crime scenes are no different than houses, I use a $50000 faro scanner and you just have more flexibility with it (daylight, night, ect...). We really only use it to get the point cloud and draw our diagrams from it. They have a program called webshare that is just like the MP walkthru. The MP would be great for forensics if I could register the scans myself...can't send off the data for the cloud thing. Anyways, you can always use then...
Legal Documents DavidH 1 2 yearsDavidH (25): What is everyone using in terms of legal documents when shooting a new space for a client? I am getting this set up now, and am planning to use a simple purchase agreement, a hold harmless agreement, and just a basic invoice. Is there anything else people in this forum are using? Just don't want to leave myself liable for anything I haven't thought of. Thanks, David Hughes
